Get your career started - where to begin and where to go to?
The possible career paths after the doctorate are often not immediately apparent to graduates. Following a competence-based approach, this talk gives impulses for a conscious reflection of one's own path. For this, the previous career path, the current position as well as possible future paths have to be taken into account.
Over the course of the morning, subsequent sessions will provide insights into the various career paths of graduates.
