10 years of Heine Research Academies -
a good reason to celebrate!

At HHU, we have been organising the training of early-career researchers for many years.

The Heine Research Academies were founded in 2014 as an umbrella of the faculty graduate academies iGRAD, medRSD and philGRAD and expanded in 2017 to include the Junior Scientist and International Researcher Center (JUNO). Since then, we have been jointly utilising and creating synergies in the area of promoting early career researchers at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf (HHU). In 10 years of working together, we have achieved a great deal for our doctoral students, postdocs, group leaders and international guest researchers.

The most important milestones for graduate work at HHU are summarised below. Click on the respective entry for more information.
